What you can expect
We typically follow a six-step advice process, with the aim of building a trusted relationship from the very first meeting.

Our first priority is to meet with you – whether that be in our newly refurbished office, at your home or online – and establish if we want to work together. This meeting is held entirely at our expense.
We need to feel like we can add value to your life, and you need to feel like you can trust us to navigate your finances.
2. Fact-find

Or what we like to call a “full exploration of your life”. From understanding your personal circumstances through to details about your income, lifestyle costs, pensions and investments, we’ll get to know you from start to finish.
Doing this enables us to find the right solutions for your needs during the next stage of the process, so the more information you can give us, the better.

We’ve got everything we need from you, so now’s the time for us to go away and prepare your personalised financial plan. You can relax knowing that all the hard work is being done for you – what a treat!
By looking at your existing pensions, savings and investments we will see if we can plug any potential gaps and get you closer to achieving your goals.

Once your financial plan is complete, the team will get in touch to book a presentation meeting. It’s always exciting as you’ll be able to visualise how your future may look in various circumstances – that’s the beauty of cashflow modelling.
We’ll chat it through in jargon-free English, and if you have any questions, we’re more than happy to answer them. We believe that there’s no such thing as a silly question.

If you’re happy with our recommendations, we’ll go ahead and implement them on your behalf. Making things as easy as possible for our clients is a top priority, so you can go away and enjoy your life knowing we’re working away in the background.
We understand you still want to be involved in some way, so we’ll give you regular progress updates.

We’re available whenever you need us, and we want our clients to feel like they can pick up the phone or drop us an email at any time. Alongside this, we’ll also book yearly review meetings so we can check on progress.
A lot can change in a year, so with this in mind, our ongoing service is a vital part of the journey.
