Where are meetings held?

Meetings are usually held at our newly refurbished office, but we can facilitate home visits or online meetings.

Where is your office located?

We are opposite Stow Park Circle, near the Handpost Pub, Handpost Pharmacy and Fields Vets.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have a car park available for customers.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, initial meetings are at our expense.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Please bring all relevant documentation relating to the enquiry you wish to discuss.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

An initial meeting usually takes approximately one hour.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Please call or email us and we will arrange a suitable time.

Are you independent?

Yes, we provide independent financial advice with no restrictions on the providers and products we may recommend.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (our FCA number is 841978).

Can you advise on final salary / defined benefit transfers?

No, we do not currently advise in this area but can refer you to a suitably qualified pension transfer specialist and provide a triage service.

What do you charge for a financial plan?

Our charges will depend on the amount of work involved, and these will be agreed upon before proceeding to advise.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

We usually charge a percentage based on the value of the investment. However, we can agree on a fixed fee if preferred.

Do you get commission?

Yes, we will receive commission on some products (such as Lifetime Mortgages and Protection). However, this will be explained in a clear and transparent manner.
